Sort orders by payment type?

Either sorting or selecting would be nice. Makes it much easier for spot accounting.

    Totals at the bottom of the order page would also be helpful. Please separate the items total from the shipping total at the bottom and show the shipping amount, too. I need it to know how much postage to purchase to ship my daily orders. Would be really nice to not have to go into each order and total this manually before buying postage every day.
