new store

Hi! I have open a new store two weeks ago.I already have a store on BL.
but i dont understand why i havent got any order so far on brick owl ? Is there something missing on my store setting?

Any advice?

  • I noticed you have not created your shipping methods. At BL, people place an order, you send them an invoice, they pay, then you ship.

    Customer places order and pays at the same time. To do this, you have to go into your shipping settings and create a method or two for your customers to order with. I use both First Class and Priority. Otherwise, people have to request a shipping quote from you. This takes away from the convenience factor BrickOwl has to offer.

    From personal experience, I started with no shipping methods created. I received one order in about a month. I added Priority and I received a few more orders. When I added First class, my orders jumped quickly to about 10 a week.

    I suggest taking the time to create your shipping section and also, adding more parts always brings in more people.
