@Geoffuz you can see the BO colour ID by clicking the colour link and checking the end of the URL. BrickSync doesn't work with all the new colours, and it's no longer actively supported by the original author, so unless someone else takes it over, it likely never will do. As @One_Click_Off says though, someone has released an updated version that does sync Coral (and maybe some of the other new ones).
Mac user here as well. I used to have a small mac mini running as server, mainly for Bricksync. Since that version is no longer updated, I have been looking at alternatives. Two months ago I tried to set up an Azure Virtual Windows computer, 7 dollars a month or so. Installed Bricksync there, together with some one drive/ drop box option to pass on bsx files back and forth.
Never regretted the move since. Don't have to worry about keeping my Macmini up and running, power outages, holidays, etc. I can strongly recommend.
