Looking for two rarer SW minifigure parts

Hi folks!
Does anyone happen to have the following and have just happened to not list it yet:

This is Leia's poncho from https://www.brickowl.com/catalog/lego-princess-leia-75094-minifigure, part of Set 75094 (Shuttle Tyrdium). Only one store overseas is selling it, and their min. order pushes $150 with quite high shipping costs to the US (I'm guessing they only ship tracked international mail of some kind).

The REALLY tough one, I can't find this guy anywhere on the Internet!

These are Luke's legs from the *original* Cloud City set - I have been looking for this part for four or five years now, sigh.
