Postal Zone error

I received a large heavy order, Brickowl charged for zone 4 price, yet destination is in zone 5, I checked with post office they confirmed zone 5. Being heavy makes a significant price difference.

How can that be?

The best thing to do would be to contact us using the link at the bottom of the page, and let us know the order number that relates to. If you could also let us know the price that should have been charged. We can then look into that further for you.
