Adding shipping discount

is there any way to add a discount to shipping if the order is over a certain value? i like to add free shipping to UK if order is over £25 but cant seem to find a solution

    You would need to duplicate your shipping methods, setting a maximum order value on one, and a minimum order value on the other.

    Example:

    UK - £10 - maximum order 24.99
    UK - £0 - minimum order 25.00

    You should be able to create a new shipping method, called free, restricted to the UK, with a maximum order limit of £25. You can set it up as weight bands for 0-10000g at £0
