Order refund - What happens to the BrickOwl fee?

I don't have a habit of cancelling orders, but it can happen. So I just had to cancel one (lost in the mail

) and did a total refund to the buyer. I noticed however, the fee on the order is still in list on the "Account" tab.
Shouldn't this be removed as well?

There should be a credit for the fee in your account. I just checked with one of my own orders that was cancelled. Although that order was cancelled before it was shipped. Maybe it is handled differently if you cancel an order after it is shipped.

That's correct, the fee is not remove, but a credit is added
