International Order issue...

I just got an international order in which the system give them a domestic shipping rate. This is not my first international order and the previous one had the correct rate. Is this something on my end or is there a system glitch somewhere? In any case I need help fixing it as this is not okay. The small orders are fine but not when I have to pay more in shipping then the entire order value.

Also, if it helps I just checked and the country that order is IN my international list and has been all along. The rates in my international shipping method are still the same and showing just what they should be.

I am leaning towards a system glitch or somehow their order showed as domestic.

  • Okay, I have figured out what happened. It appears the buyer is using a shipping service out of Miami. The PayPal payment shows a US address.

    Now that I looked the order over further I see there is a address for the buyer as well as a ship to address for the buyer. I had not noticed this before. I scrolled down, seen the address, and panicked. I guess it is time for a bit of sleep.

    Please disregard this post as I see everything now. There was no errors.
