Problem with payment...

I have placed an order with another member here, I went thru check out to paypal - for some unknown reason the payment didn't go thru, now I can't find a way to pay. Order shows "pending"

What do I do? I have asked the seller for their paypal email address to pay them directly as I can't find any way to pay via BrickOwl.

I had the same thing happen to me, a while back, only I shipped the order and the buyer can't make a payment!

This seems to be when using PayPal "standard"

Well got around it (got their ppal em address) after several messages!

However if this is going to happen from time to time there needs to be a way to go in and pay "again"!

Okay, I guess I need to provide some follow-up instructions, maybe in the order confirmation e-mail. Do you remember why you didn't pay for the order at the time?

Order confirmation e-mails for non-instant payment methods now inform the customer they will need to pay before the order is sent. If the order was meant to be paid via PayPal standard, a link to pay will be provided.
