Meaning of 'Missing Data - Not In Inventory'

Good morning
My missing data tab looks like as attached.
I have 18 items 'Not In Inventory'
Intuitively, that would mean to me that I do not have any quantities of these 18 lots.
That's clearly wrong though. Most (if not all) of them are available.
So, do I misunderstand the meaning of 'Not in Inventory' OR:
Does it have something to do with the fact that I imported everything using BrickSync from my Bricklink Inventory? OR:
Do I miss a setting somewhere that makes these items 'unavailable' OR:
Is it a bug? OR:
None of the above?
Does anyone know this same issue or know whats happening?
Thanks!

  • Correct answer: None of the above.
Not In Inventory means the item does not exist in any set inventory.
  • Or probably more accurately it doesn't appear in a set inventory here on Brick Owl, but may do on BL or Peeron or Brickset (all of which can be used to cross reference). Generally this applies to older parts/figures that do appear in sets, but have yet to be matched up here. You can do this yourself to get catalog points.
  • It's as @Jay37 says. Some of your stock doesn't appear in any inventory here on Brick Owl. It's basically nudging you to update the catalogue.
