What causes automatic shop suspension?

While looking for information about order statuses we came accross someone saying that their shop was automatically suspended for too many overdue orders and messages, what is too many? On the other platform we often receive a very large number of orders so sometimes we can have over 50 orders being processed (they all ship in a delay of 1-3 business days) so is that something that will cause our shop to be suspended here? At the moment things are quieter on this site but if things pick up it would be disheartening to have our shop suspended...

I don't know what the actual limits are, but your store says you ship in 1-2 days so if you often take 3 days to ship I'd suggest you should increase that setting to help minimise any overdue orders

We do ship in 1-2 business days, I was talking about a different platform where we receive a very, very large volume of orders. At the moment our dispatch time is below 2 days.

I believe the thread you are referring to ended up being a misunderstanding between the seller and the site, where the seller was unclear on the action plan they needed to submit against messages that may or may not have been responded to - suspension here is quite rare, I wouldn't stress over auto-suspension one bit if you stay reasonably close to your advertised delivery times and you respond to messages that request a response (you'll always know by your counter by your profile icon on the top nav bar) within a reasonable amount of time.

I have always found this site's admin to not only be super-reasonable, but also highly responsive and a joy to work with. This site is quite chill compared to others, which is why I sell here exclusively. :-)
