dymo label button

just a quick question, when i want to print a dymo label it is not working anymore.
is this the same for all users?

@Bricks_nw_uk next to the addres there is an dymo button

@Bricks_nw_uk if you have a label printer set up then you get a Print Label button in the shipping address box on orders

wow! This is news to me! I have a dymo label printer, didn't realise i could print directly.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on what I need to do to set this up?

If you go to your stores order settings at... https://www.brickowl.com/mystore/settings/order_settings

There's a Label Printer drop down box. Select Dymo.
Then a template box appears... have a read of the text underneath to get the information you need to enter into this box.
Save Changes

Once that is set up, a Print Label box appears next to the Shipping Address on your orders.
