How long does it take for BO staff to response/look into an issue report?

Hi,

I have lodged an issue report against a store for not responding to messages regarding non-delivery of order placed. However I couldn't find a way to check the status of the report. Is there any such status which I can find?

How long have you been waiting for the order to arrive and where was it from?
Admin normally responds quickly, but it is the weekend now.
