How do I delete/cancel an order?

I have an order open in my store where the customer used the wrong payment method (bank transfer) and placed another order (Paypal) paid and the replacement order has shipped. The original order is sitting in my store with a status of payent submitted (incorrectly)

I would like to remove this order and have emailed Lawrence but the order is still outstanding.

Any ideas?

  • View the order then click on 'more actions'. Select cancel, and then decide whether you want BO to put the items back into stock or not.
  • I have double checked and we did reply to your previous e-mail regarding this, but Hoddie has the correct advice
  • Thank you for your advice. I have now learnt something else! I didn't spot your reply Lawrence and a quick check in my inbox hasn't found it but no worries the order is now cancelled.
