It would be better if after you change the dropdown Catalog/Inventory/Orders, you could start writing in the search box, some websites and other marketplaces have this option and I think it is useful.

Maybe is not possible with the design, but I suggest it ^^

@Stellar Do you mean you want the search box to be auto-highlighted after you change the dropdown, so that you dont have to click in the search box before typing?

@Lawrence I don't see any change when I action the dropdown box, does it work on all browsers? I'm running on Firefox.

I just tried on Chrome, Firefox and Edge, an it doesn't work either.
Chrome mobile either not.
